Finance Manager

Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to lead its finance function and support business growth through sound financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and liquidity planning.
• Strengthen internal controls, manage financial risks, and coordinate audit activities.
• Ensure timely remittance of taxes, statutory deductions, and regulatory filings.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business decisions.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop the finance team while maintaining high professional standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
• ACA, ICAN, or other relevant professional accounting certification is mandatory.
• 5 - 8 years relevant experience in Finance, Audit, Internal Control, or Compliance.
• Previous experience in the Banking or Microfinance sector is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is an added advantage.
• Applicants must be between 35 and 40 years of age.

N666,667 Monthly.
