Field Credit Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Source and onboard new customers for the company's loan products.
- Conduct field visits and customer verification exercises.
- Assess clients' creditworthiness and collect relevant documentation.
- Educate customers on loan terms, repayment schedules, and company policies.
- Monitor loan utilization and ensure compliance with lending requirements.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely loan repayments.
- Manage and grow an assigned loan portfolio while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
- Achieve assigned disbursement, collection, and recovery targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification in any discipline.
- Previous experience in microfinance, lending, credit administration, sales, or customer acquisition is an added advantage.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Good knowledge of the Bwari Axis and surrounding areas.
- Basic computer literacy and report-writing skills.
Benefits
- Salary: N130,000 Monthly
- Pension Contribution + 0.3% Commission upon achievement of assigned targets.
