Field Sales and Marketing Manager

Purpose of the Role

• The Sales Manager is an experienced sales professional responsible for driving sales performance in key territories and managing high-value customer accounts.
• Acting as both a hands-on salesperson and a field mentor, the Sales Manager ensures strong customer relationships, consistent sales growth, and adherence to Company’s sales and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned territories and accounts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and projections in line with the regional targets.
• Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales and payments forecasts and budgetsManage and deepen relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail partners. Manages accounts receivables and ensures collections.
• Develop and supervise a strategic business and marketing plan in order to meet or exceed allocated sales targets
• Establishes sales objectives by creating a RTM sales plan and targets for regions/territories in support of national objectives. Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
• Provide coaching and field guidance to less experienced Sales Representatives.
• Drive product visibility, brand placement, and territory expansion initiatives.
• Collect and share market intelligence, including competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities, targets, and field performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Promote Company’s values through professionalism, accountability, and a strong customer-first mindset.
• Any other tasks as assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, medical sales, FMCG, or a related commercial environment.
• Strong understanding of the hospital and retail pharmacy market, including key decision-makers, procurement processes, distributors, and purchasing patterns.
• Strong knowledge of product promotion, sales presentations, customer engagement, and market activation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/sales management systems.
