Product Manager

Job Summary
- We are looking for a Product Manager to manage the development and improvement of digital products, working closely with developers, designers, and other teams to meet customer and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Define product goals, priorities, and roadmap based on customer and business needs.
- Develop clear Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Work closely with developers and UI/UX designers to plan, build, and deliver product features.
- Manage product development timelines and ensure features are delivered as planned.
- Gather customer feedback, conduct market research, and identify product improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate product testing, resolve issues, and ensure features meet requirements before release.
- Monitor product performance, track key metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Communicate product plans, progress, and priorities to management and relevant teams.
Requirements
- BSc/HND in Computer Science or related field.
- 2 – 4 years Product Management experience, preferably in tech.
- Good understanding of software/product development.
- Experience working with developers and UI/UX designers.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and product management toolssuch as Linear and Asana.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver on time.
- Good understanding of user experience and customer needs.
- Ilorin-based candidates are preferred.
- Lagos-based candidates: Proximity to Ogudu/Ojota preferred.
Salary
N100,000 - N120,000 monthly.
