- We are seeking an experienced and creative Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to develop engaging content strategies, strengthen brand visibility, and drive audience engagement.
- The ideal candidate should be proficient in AI-powered content creation and capable of developing marketing strategies that appeal to supermarkets, retailers, distributors, and end consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Generate creative content ideas and manage content calendars across relevant platforms.
- Use AI tools to create engaging video content, visuals, captions, and other marketing materials.
- Supervise content production and review materials before publication to ensure quality and brand consistency.
- Coordinate with videographers, designers, and other content creators to execute campaigns.
- Develop targeted content strategies for supermarkets, retailers, distributors, and end consumers.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour to identify marketing opportunities.
- Manage the company's social media platforms and maintain consistent brand communication.
- Track campaign performance, analyse engagement metrics, and recommend improvements.
- Support product promotions, launches, and other digital marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content strategy.
- Proven experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in AI-powered content creation tools, particularly for video and visual content.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing trends, and content analytics.
- Ability to develop marketing strategies for both business customers (B2B) and end consumers (B2C).
- Experience in the FMCG, retail, or consumer goods industry is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking, storytelling, communication, and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with tools such as Canva, CapCut, ChatGPT, and other AI-powered content creation platforms.
- Ability to coordinate content production and supervise the quality of published content.
