Brand Strategist

Role Summary
- The Brand Strategist will lead the development of brand positioning, campaign strategy, and audience-driven insights that help clients achieve their business objectives.
- The role requires a strategic thinker who can translate research and business goals into compelling brand narratives and integrated marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop brand positioning strategies, messaging frameworks, and campaign narratives
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and market intelligence to inform brand direction
- Translate business objectives into actionable creative and media briefs
- Lead brand discovery sessions and strategy workshops with clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with creative, media, and client service teams to develop and execute campaigns
- Review campaign deliverables to ensure alignment with brand strategy and objectives
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimization opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations, insights, and briefs to clients
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor and build strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass communications or a related field
- 3 - 4 years’ experience in Brand Strategy, Marketing Strategy, or a similar role within a creative, branding, or media agency
- Proven experience developing strategy for multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Strong research, analytical, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Experience working collaboratively with creative, media, and client-facing teams.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
