Job Summary

• The Brand Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies that build organization's brand identity and drive business growth across all product lines and outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies aligned with organization's vision and business goals
• Manage and maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, packaging, and customer touchpoints
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends in the premium cake/food market
• Plan and oversee marketing campaigns including digital, social media, events, and ATL/BTL activations
• Collaborate with the production and product development teams to launch new products effectively
• Manage the marketing budget and track ROI on all campaigns
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and brand ambassadors
• Monitor brand performance using relevant KPIs and prepare reports for management
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve brand objectives

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in brand management, preferably in FMCG or food/hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation
• Proven track record of developing successful brand campaigns
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Creative thinking with strong analytical and project management skills
• Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics platforms
• Experience working with or within a Nigerian consumer brand is an advantage.
