Job Description

• The Van Sales Representative will be responsible for selling and distributing company products directly to customers and outlets across the assigned territory.
• The VSR will drive sales, develop new customers, ensure product availability, and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the company's sales van and distribute products to assigned outlets.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Identify and develop new customers and sales opportunities.
• Ensure adequate product availability and visibility within assigned outlets.
• Maintain good relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and other customers.
• Handle sales transactions and ensure proper accountability for products and collections.
• Monitor market prices, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Ensure proper merchandising and product display.
• Maintain accurate daily sales and stock records.
• Submit regular sales reports to the supervisor.
• Ensure the company vehicle and products are handled responsibly.

Requirements

• Minimum of SSCE / OND; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Previous experience in FMCG van sales, direct sales, or distribution is an advantage.
• Must possess a valid Driver's Licence.
• Must possess a valid LASDRI Card.
• Good knowledge of Lagos Mainland routes and markets.
• Good communication and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
