Documentation Officer Graduate Trainee

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, NAFDAC, and other regulatory documentation.
- Liaise with shipping lines, clearing agents, and regulatory authorities.
- Track shipments and monitor cargo arrival timelines.
- Ensure proper documentation for customs clearance.
- Maintain accurate records of all import transactions.
- Resolve documentation discrepancies promptly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND qualification in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2 - 4 years experience in import documentation.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian Customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
