An entry-level graduate opportunity to support digital marketing, content creation, customer engagement, and day-to-day community operations. This hands-on role is for a quick learner who enjoys creating high-quality digital content and contributing to both marketing and community-facing responsibilities.
You'll be taking on a hands-on role supporting digital marketing, content creation, and day-to-day community operations for our client. You'll use your skills to create engaging social media content, short-form videos, and written captions for various digital platforms. Beyond content, you'll also be instrumental in supporting customer inquiries, member services, and events, ensuring smooth community operations. This is a unique opportunity to apply your digital marketing knowledge in a practical setting, contributing directly to both content output and customer engagement.
What you'll do
- Create social-media posts, stories, flyers and simple carousels using Canva.
- Shoot and edit short-form videos and Reels, including text overlays, music and clear calls-to-action.
- Write accurate, engaging captions and adapt approved content for different digital platforms.
- Schedule and publish approved content and help maintain an organised content calendar and asset library.
- Monitor basic engagement and campaign results and prepare brief performance updates.
- Support customer enquiries, workspace tours, member service, events and other Community Associate duties.
Requirements
- You've recently completed, or are about to complete, a degree or diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communication, Media, Business or a related field.
- You have strong practical Canva skills and can produce clean, attractive marketing materials.
- You possess practical short-form video-editing skills; experience with CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Pro or similar tools is an advantage.
- You're comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and other social-media platforms.
- You have strong written and spoken English, with good spelling and attention to detail.
- You are reliable, organised, punctual, coachable and able to meet deadlines.
- You are professional and comfortable dealing with members and prospective clients.
- You are willing to work full-time on-site and contribute to both marketing and community-facing responsibilities.
Nice to have
- Experience with CapCut, Canva Video, Premiere Pro or similar tools for short-form video editing.
