Our client, a leading company in the furniture industry, is seeking results-driven Sales Executives. In this role, you will focus on building long-term partnerships with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and corporate clients to drive revenue growth, manage sales pipelines, and report on KPIs.
You'll be instrumental in developing and nurturing key relationships across the architecture, design, contracting, and corporate sectors within the furniture industry. You know how to navigate long sales cycles, conduct compelling presentations, and negotiate effectively to close deals. This role isn't just about transactions; it's about strategically expanding market reach through tailored solutions and cross-functional collaboration, ultimately driving significant revenue growth for a leader in the furniture space.
What you'll do
- Develop and manage relationships with architects, designers, contractors, distributors, and corporate clients.
- Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, negotiations, and close deals.
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts through cross-selling and upselling.
- Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, KPIs, and revenue reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions and drive market growth.
Requirements
- You have 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Key Account Management.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- You possess a proven ability to convert leads and manage long sales cycles.
- You have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- You have experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- You have a strong understanding of pricing, margins, contracts, and commercial negotiations.
- You are relationship-oriented, commercially astute, persuasive, confident, a strategic networker, collaborative, and results-driven.

- Furniture industry experience is highly desirable.
