Position Summary Priority Groups is seeking a strategic, results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the organization's financial operations and support sustainable growth across all business divisions. The CFO will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, partnering closely with the CEO to develop financial strategies, optimize business performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is an experienced financial executive with expertise in multi-entity organizations, healthcare staffing, home healthcare, professional services, or consulting businesses. --- Key Responsibilities ### Strategic Financial Leadership

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and expansion opportunities.
• Provide financial insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Build long-term financial models and organizational forecasts.

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
• Monitor financial performance and recommend improvements.
• Analyze profitability by business unit, client, and service line.
• Present monthly financial reports and executive dashboards.

Accounting & Financial Operations

• Oversee accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions.
• Ensure timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.
• Supervise cash flow management and liquidity planning.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Ensure compliance with GAAP, federal, state, and local regulations.
• Oversee tax planning, audits, insurance, and financial risk management.
• Coordinate annual external audits.
• Develop policies to safeguard company assets.

Business Performance & Growth

• Evaluate pricing models, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Support contract negotiations and financial due diligence.
• Develop KPIs for all departments and monitor organizational performance.
• Recommend technology and automation solutions that improve financial processes.

Leadership

• Lead and mentor the Finance and Accounting teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Operations, Healthcare Staffing, Home Care, Cleaning Services, and Consulting leadership.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

--- Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in an executive finance role (CFO, VP Finance, or Finance Director).
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-division organizations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
• Experience with payroll, tax compliance, and financial audits.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial management systems.

Preferred

• Experience in healthcare staffing, home healthcare, healthcare services, or professional services.
• Knowledge of Medicaid reimbursement, staffing operations, or government contracts.
• Experience with mergers, acquisitions, or business expansion.
• ERP implementation or financial systems optimization experience.
