Retail Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the overall operations ensuring smooth daily activities.
- Supervise and coordinate the work flow and staff
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store revenue targets.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure effective inventory control and replenishment.
- Maintain high standards of merchandising, store layout, and product display.
- Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff performance to foster a productive team.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on sales performance, staffing, and operations.
- Coordinate with suppliers and the on deliveries, pricing, and product updates.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and ensure cost control across store operations.
- Drive customer engagement initiatives and promote brand loyalty.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field with a minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Store Operations Executive in a retail store.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and customer service standards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be goal-oriented, strategic, and able to make sound business decisions.
Salary
N180,000 - N250,000 monthly.
