Job Summary We are looking for a highly motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Sales Representative to drive sales growth and strengthen our presence in modern trade supermarkets and local market. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with supermarket accounts, ensuring consistent product availability, negotiating promotional opportunities, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the merchandising team to maximize product visibility and consumer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets within the assigned territory. Develop and maintain strong relationships with supermarket buyers, category managers, and store management. Generate sales orders and ensure timely order processing and product deliveries. Monitor stock levels across assigned accounts to prevent stock-outs and maximize product availability. Identify new sales opportunities and expand product listings within existing retail accounts. Negotiate shelf space, product placement, promotional displays, and in-store marketing opportunities. Work closely with Merchandisers to ensure excellent product visibility and compliance with merchandising standards. Execute trade promotions, product launches, and consumer activation campaigns. Monitor competitors' pricing, promotions, product assortment, and market activities. Prepare sales forecasts and maintain accurate customer records. Resolve customer complaints and service-related issues promptly and professionally. Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, market intelligence, and account updates. Ensure prompt collection of payments where applicable and support credit control processes. Represent the company professionally while maintaining strong customer relationships.
