Job Summary
- A fast-growing and reputable Real Estate Firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Civil Engineer or Builder to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our construction and property development projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate construction activities across project sites.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage contractors, artisans, and site personnel effectively.
- Prepare site progress reports and project documentation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in civil engineering, building construction, or site management.
- B.Sc./HND in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, site supervision, project execution, and quality control.
- Ability to interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction software.
- Must be proactive, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Male candidates are preferred due to the operational demands of the role.
