Job Summary

• We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Traditional and Modern Trade channels. The successful candidate will focus on expanding the dealer and distributor network, developing customer relationships, acquiring new accounts, and achieving sales targets within assigned territories.
• The role will also involve guiding and supporting Sales Executives to ensure effective market coverage and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales, distribution, and profitability targets.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, retailers, supermarkets, and key accounts.
• Expand the company's dealer, distributor, and reseller network.
• Identify and acquire new customers and business opportunities.
• Conduct regular customer and market visits to drive sales growth.
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and commercial agreements.
• Increase market coverage, product availability, and brand visibility.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Guide and support Sales Executives on territory coverage and market execution.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence for management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in Traditional Trade, Modern Trade, Channel Sales, or Business Development.
• Proven ability to build customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Experience managing dealers, distributors, retailers, or key accounts is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and customer-focused.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
