- Inspecting the vehicle and identifying damaged areas.
- Removing or masking parts that should not be painted.
- Sanding and stripping old paint where necessary.
- Repairing dents, scratches, and body imperfections.
- Applying body filler, primer, and surfacer.
- Sanding and smoothing the primed surface.
- Cleaning and degreasing surfaces before painting.
- Masking windows, trims, tyres, and other areas.
- Ensuring the vehicle is dust-free and ready for the painter.
- Following workshop safety and quality-control procedures.
