Job Summary
- We are seeking a skilled Security Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Security and Investigations industry.
- As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing security operations, ensuring the safety of our premises, managing a team of security personnel, and implementing security protocols to mitigate risks.
- This role requires strong leadership qualities, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment for our employees, clients, and assets. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for security, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise a team of security officers, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Conduct regular patrols to monitor premises and identify security risks
- Implement and enforce security procedures and protocols to safeguard company assets
- Respond to incidents and emergencies in a timely and appropriate manner
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and first responders as needed
- Conduct security assessments and recommend improvements to enhance security measures
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to security activities
Requirements
- Valid security license or certification
- Proven experience in security management or a related field
- Knowledge of security protocols and best practices
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations with diplomacy
- Experience with surveillance systems and security technology.
