Production Supervisor

Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate production staff to achieve high performance and maintain discipline.
- Monitor production processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and performance metrics
- Ensure proper use of raw materials to minimize waste and optimize efficiency.
- Support quality assurance by conducting inspections and ensuring adherence to packaging specifications.
Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
