Retiree Engagement Specialist (Remote, Hybrid or Full Time)

Job Summary
- Are you passionate about helping People secure their financial future while building a rewarding career? Join our dynamic team as a Retiree engagement specialist either remotely or as a full time.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong client's relationships
- Provide tailored pension solutions to meet customers needs
- Provide financial and retirement planning to prospective clients
- Drive sales growth through proactive outreach and networking
What we are looking for
- A Bachelor's Degree (BSc) or HND in any field
- Previous sales or insurance experience is a plus (but not compulsory)
- Must be located in commutable distance to Lagos, Nigeria
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and with other team members under minimal or no supervision.
