The Role We're seeking a Study Abroad Sales Executive to drive enrollments by connecting prospective students with BCS's study abroad advisory services. This role is ideal for someone with a strong network in the education space and a track record of converting interest into paid enrollments. What You'll Do Identify and engage prospective students and parents seeking study abroad opportunities Promote BCS's study abroad advisory packages through outreach, networking, and partnerships (schools, agents, education fairs, social media, etc.) Guide prospects through initial consultations and convert inquiries into paying clients Build relationships with schools, education consultants, and other referral sources Maintain an active pipeline and follow up consistently with leads Stay informed on study destinations, application cycles, and visa trends to speak credibly with prospects What We're Looking For Experience in study abroad consulting, education sales, or admissions counseling (strongly preferred) Existing network of students, parents, schools, or education agents is a strong advantage Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-driven, with the ability to manage your own outreach and sales pipeline Comfortable working on a fully commission-based structure Compensation 100% commission-based. You earn 15% of the net total monthly revenue generated from study abroad clients you bring in and convert. Paid monthly. No earning cap.
