- Responsible for delivering excellent customer service to guests both onsite and through online orders, ensuring a pleasant dining experience from order taking to service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to guests onsite in a friendly, professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders (onsite and online platforms)
- Serve orders promptly and ensure quality presentation
- Respond to online orders/inquiries and coordinate timely fulfillment
- Provide menu knowledge and recommendations to customers
- Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining/service areas
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
Education
- Secondary school certificate (minimum); OND is an advantage
Experience:
- 1–2 years' experience in customer service, waitering, or related hospitality role
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service orientation
- Multitasking and time management
- Basic computer/POS and online order platform proficiency
- Problem-solving skills
- Team collaboration
Other Requirements:
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Neat, presentable appearance
- Patience and a positive attitude under pressure.
