Job Summary
- We are looking for a reliable Baker to produce fresh, high-quality baked goods daily while maintaining food safety and consistency standards.
Responsibilities
- Measure ingredients and mix doughs/batters.
- Bake, proof, and decorate products according to recipes and production schedule.
- Monitor product quality, taste and appearance.
- Maintain equipment and follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines.
Requirements
- 1+ years bakery or commercial kitchen experience preferred.
- Must be good in foundant and sugar craft.
- Knowledge of baking techniques and recipe scaling.
- Team oriented, dependable and able to work with others.
Salary
N100,000 monthly.
