Job Summary

The Head of Bakery and Pizza Management will oversee the overall operations, quality control, and profitability of the bakery and pizza division. The role involves managing production, staff, inventory, customer experience, and driving sales growth across all outlets while ensuring consistent product quality and adherence to hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of all bakery and pizza outlets, ensuring efficiency and consistency.
• Develop and maintain recipes, product quality standards, and menu innovation.
• Manage production planning, inventory, and stock control to minimize waste and shortages.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality assurance standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise bakers, pizza chefs, and outlet staff.
• Monitor sales performance, costs, and profitability of each outlet.
• Liaise with suppliers to negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery of quality ingredients.
• Develop promotional strategies and new product launches in collaboration with marketing/social media.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve service or product-related complaints.
• Prepare regular operational, sales, and inventory reports for management.

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in bakery/pizza or food production management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of baking and pizza-making techniques, food costing, and kitchen operations.
