Sales Associate

Job Responsibilities
- Drive retail and distribution sales of Green Baskit products within an assigned territory.
- Identify, onboard and manage relationships with new retail outlets, distributors and stockists.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and outlet-acquisition targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor product availability, visibility and freshness at retail points.
- Gather and report market intelligence, including competitor activity and customer feedback.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain strong, long-term trade relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity, visits and outlet performance, and report same to the Head of Sales.

- Target-oriented, resilient and persistent under pressure.
- High integrity, accountability and a genuine team-player mindset.
- Effective problem-solving in fast-moving field conditions.
