General Manager - Electronics & Home Appliances

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations and commercial performance of a fast-growing consumer electronics and home appliances retail business.
• The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple retail branches, driving sales growth, improving operational efficiency, and building high-performing teams.
• This is a leadership role for someone who can hit the ground running and deliver measurable business results.

Branches to Oversee:

• Lagos (3)
• Abuja
• Warri

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership across all branches.
• Drive sales growth and improve business profitability.
• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and ensure operational excellence.
• Lead, coach, and manage Branch Managers and regional teams.
• Monitor branch performance and implement improvement strategies.
• Develop and execute business growth initiatives.
• Manage inventory, stock control, and loss prevention.
• Ensure excellent customer service across all locations.
• Prepare and present business performance reports.
• Develop and enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing employees.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• 8–10 years’ experience in consumer electronics, home appliances, or retail operations.
• At least 5 years’ experience managing multiple retail branches or regional operations.
• Proven track record of increasing sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Strong leadership, commercial, and financial management skills.
• Experience in inventory management and retail performance analysis.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and business reporting.

Salary
N350,000 - N500,000 Monthly.
