Regional Director, Sales and Distribution

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual for the position of Regional Director, Sales and Distribution.
• As the Regional Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and distribution operations of the company in a designated region.
• You will develop and implement sales strategies, manage key customer accounts, and drive revenue growth in the region.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Direct the overall sales activity in the region.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, increasing the market share of the company's products and providing directions and information on the product and related services.
• Track the business goals across the organization and develop a strategic market plan consistent with the company's goals.
• Analyse the sales records and trends in relation to our objectives and with reference to competitors' activities.
• Develop a business plan that is consistent with the short-range and long-range company objectives, and forecast projections monthly.
• Maintain excellent customer relationships and provide superb customer service.
• Build a strong and successful sales force in his/her region.

Education and Work Experience 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 24 years of experience in sales and distribution, preferably in a managerial role.
• Strong understanding of current Sales and Marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
• Strong marketing and communications acumen with high proficiency in branding, message development and marketing campaign strategy.
• Proven efficacy in designing, delivering, and measuring marketing campaigns.
• Strong public speaking and collaboration abilities to work with diverse groups of people at various levels and drive awareness, consensus, and partnership for the success of projects and campaigns.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the industry and market dynamics.
