Van Sales Representative

We are hiring someone who knows how to hustle on the road and building relationships with bar owners and retailers, keeping our products moving, and making sure every customer on their route feels looked after.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll own a mapped route and be the face of Guinness to the retailers and wholesalers on it. That means:

• Getting Guinness products into outlets and hitting your billing and volume targets
• Spotting chances to upsell and get more of our range into each shop
• Running your route on schedule, so deliveries land on time and in full
• Collecting empties and reconciling them properly
• Collecting payment promptly and accurately, every time
• Actually knowing your customers. Not just selling to them, but checking in, solving problems, and earning repeat business
• Keeping your eyes open in the market, what competitors are doing, pricing shifts, what's working and reporting it back
• Making sure POS materials and promotions show up correctly in your outlets

How we'll know you're doing well

• 80%+ of your volume target delivered
• 80%+ billed coverage across your outlets
• A healthy spread of active SKUs in each shop
• 90%+ of outlets with POS materials placed right
• 95%+ accuracy sticking to your route and schedule

What you'll need

• An OND at minimum
• 2–3 years selling (FMCG or beverages is a big plus)
• A valid driver's license and real driving experience (you'll be operating a delivery van)
• Comfort using sales apps like FMP, Amplify or Omnione for orders and tracking
• Solid time management (you're planning and prioritizing your own day)
