Import / Export Documentation Officer

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the import documentation team
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian Customs and regulatory policies
- Review and approve Form M, PAAR, SONCAP, and related documents
- Develop and improve documentation processes and internal controls
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, banks, and government agencies
- Provide reports to senior management on import activities
- Train and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Shipping, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years experience in import documentation, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- In-depth knowledge of Nigerian import regulations
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary N600,000 - N850,000 Monthly
- Pension.
