Social Media Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow the company’s digital presence across multiple platforms.
- The ideal candidate should have strong content strategy, social media management, and digital marketing skills, with the ability to create engaging content, build online communities, and convert social media activity into measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Manage the company’s social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and other relevant platforms.
- Create and manage engaging content, including posts, reels, stories, videos, and campaigns.
- Develop and maintain a structured social media content calendar.
- Monitor trends, conversations, and emerging opportunities to improve brand visibility and engagement.
- Manage online communities by responding to comments, messages, and customer enquiries professionally.
- Plan and manage paid social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, leads, and conversions.
- Track social media performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Work closely with graphic designers, videographers, content creators, and marketing teams.
- Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all platforms.
- Research competitors and identify strategies to improve the company’s digital positioning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proven experience managing social media platforms for a business or established brand.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and social media analytics tools.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Experience running and optimizing paid social media campaigns.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, audience growth, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
- A strong portfolio or evidence of previous social media results is highly desirable.
