Customer Service & Administrative Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a proactive and organized Customer Service & Administrative Officer to manage customer interactions and provide front desk administrative support.
- The ideal candidate will attend to walk-in customers, respond to customer complaints and enquiries through phone calls and emails and whatsapp chats, and ensure smooth day-to-day office communication and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to walk-in customers professionally.
- Handle customer complaints, enquiries, and support requests via phone calls, email, and in person.
- Provide accurate information about company services, subscriptions, and processes.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved promptly.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and complaints.
- Assist with office administrative and front desk duties.
- Coordinate internal communication between departments when resolving customer issues.
- Prepare and manage basic reports, documentation, and correspondence.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception/work area.
- Support general office operations and other assigned administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in any related field with 0-2 years experience.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling complaints.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with email and office applications.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
- Must reside in Ibadan.
