Provider Manager

About the Role
- The Provider Manager will support the effective management of Oceanic Health Management Limited's healthcare provider network, maintaining productive relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with healthcare providers within the assigned territory.
- Monitor provider performance and service quality.
- Conduct provider visits and support provider engagement activities.
- Address provider concerns and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Support provider onboarding, credentialing, and documentation processes.
- Monitor compliance with agreed service standards and contractual obligations.
- Collaborate with medical operations, claims, and customer-service teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve provider performance and member experience.
- Prepare reports on provider activities, issues, and performance.
Minimum Requirements
- MBBS / B.NSc. / Registered Nurse
- 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare, HMO operations, or provider management will be an advantage.
Required Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of healthcare service delivery.
- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
- Good negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory when required.
