Description

• We are seeking a motivated, relationship-oriented, and ambitious Growth & Partnerships Executive to support growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and commercial expansion across the Zino Group ecosystem.
• This is a highly people-focused role. You will engage prospective clients and partners, generate leads, follow up on opportunities, attend networking events, and represent the Group professionally — working closely with the Growth & Partnerships Manager and senior leadership.
• We are also looking for someone curious about how AI can improve prospecting, research, and productivity.

Key Responsibilites

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and generate leads across Group companies and services.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline; secure meetings and introductions with prospective clients and partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients and follow up on enquiries.
• Support the development of strategic partnerships and stakeholder engagement.
• Leverage AI tools for research, prospecting, communication, and reporting.
• Represent the Group at events and networking functions, and maintain accurate CRM records.

Preferred Skills

• A Degree or equivalent qualification is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience in business development, sales, customer service, or customer-facing roles is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and outgoing, and genuinely enjoys meeting people and building relationships.
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-oriented.
• Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for research and productivity.
