Regional Marketing Associate

Role Description

• The Regional Marketing Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Port Harcourt.
• This role supports the development and execution of regional marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer traffic, and sales for Eat’N’Go’s portfolio of brands.
• Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, monitoring local competitive activity, and assisting in the planning and implementation of promotional activities and events.
• The Regional Marketing Associate collaborates with operations and sales teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with business objectives and brand standards.
• The role also involves tracking campaign performance, preparing reports, and providing recommendations to optimize marketing efforts within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Sales skills, with experience supporting promotional campaigns and revenue growth.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills, including data gathering, competitor analysis, and insights development for local markets.
• Candidates should possess Communication skills, with the ability to create clear messaging and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Candidates should possess Project Management skills, including planning, organizing, and executing regional marketing initiatives within set timelines.
• Relevant experience in retail, quick-service restaurants, or consumer goods marketing is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Port Harcourt, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with basic digital marketing tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software is an advantage.
