Site Architect

Description
- We are looking for an Architect who combines creativity with strong technical and construction knowledge -someone who can move confidently from the drawing board to the construction site and translate design concepts into practical, buildable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and concepts for residential, commercial and other building projects.
- Design, redesign and modify existing building plans in response to project requirements.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, layouts and specifications.
- Interpret and coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors and other project professionals.
- Conduct site visits and provide architectural input during construction.
- Ensure designs comply with applicable building regulations, standards and project requirements.
- Review construction progress to ensure alignment with approved architectural drawings and specifications.
- Make necessary design adjustments and provide practical solutions to construction challenges.
- Support the Project Team in ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, design and technical standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant working experience in a building construction environment.
- Demonstrable experience in designing and redesigning different types of buildings.
- Strong ability to interpret both structural and MEP drawings.
- Good knowledge of building construction processes and materials.
- Proficiency in relevant architectural design and drafting software.
- Strong design, visualization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and manage multiple project requirements.
