Front Build Manager

Job Overview
- The Front Build Manager oversees the setup, execution, and performance tracking of retail store fronts and deployment sites within assigned territories.
- This role bridges field execution with internal data tracking, ensuring brand standards and post-deployment retail performance targets are met.
Responsibilities
- Monitor retail site setup, execution, and quality within the assigned territory.
- Track post-deployment performance, identify issues, and follow up until closure.
- Use internal systems and Excel for data tracking, reporting, and online reviews.
- Communicate with territory teams to ensure smooth execution.
Requirements
- Fast learner and able to quickly master system operations.
- Good communication skills, clear thinking, strong responsibility, and positive attitude.
- Proficient in Excel with basic data analysis and review skills.
- Experience in similar roles or the smartphone industry.
- Experience with other smartphone brands is preferred.
- Chinese language ability is a plus.
