Elkris Sales Call Agent

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote Elkris products.
• Follow up consistently with customers and prospects to generate sales.
• Identify sales opportunities and convert leads into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Respond professionally to customer enquiries and provide accurate product information.
• Meet and exceed assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Keep accurate records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and sales.
• Follow up on pending orders and ensure timely conversion.
• Handle customer objections and provide appropriate solutions.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.
• Provide regular reports on call activities, leads generated, and sales achieved.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned by management.

Requirements & Skills

• Previous experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or FMCG is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to drive sales and achieve set targets.
• Strong customer service and relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple customers simultaneously.
• Persuasive, confident, and result-oriented personality.
• Good telephone etiquette and active listening skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM or sales-tracking tools is an added advantage.

Salary
N160,000 monthly.
