Sales Manager (Real Estate)

Job Summary
- Are you a results-driven sales professional with a passion for real estate and a proven track record of closing deals?
- Genade Homes is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and contribute to our mission of making homeownership more accessible.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Manage high-performing sales executives.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Conduct property presentations, negotiations, and deal closures.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
- Ensure exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the Abuja real estate market is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Remuneration
- Salary: N200,000 - N250,000 monthly.
- Plus attractive sales commissions.
- Performance-based incentives and career growth opportunities.
