Territorial Sales Supervisor (TSS)

Job Description

• We are hiring Territorial Sales Supervisors to manage and drive sales performance within an assigned zone, supervise a team of Sales Associates, and ensure territory-level targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Sales Associates within the assigned territory.
• Drive achievement of sales targets across all outlets/accounts within the zone.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing coaching and support where needed.
• Identify new business opportunities and growth areas within the assigned territory.
• Ensure consistent execution of sales strategy and company standards at the zone level.
• Liaise with the Business Manager on staffing, performance issues, and territory needs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity, targets, and team attendance within the zone.
• Effectively managing stock levels according to company policy and making key decisions about stock control.
• Daily and Weekly report submission.

Requirements

• 1-2 years prior experience in a sales supervisory or team lead role.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to manage and motivate a field sales team.
• Familiarity with the assigned Lagos zone (Island or Mainland) and Ibadan zone is an advantage.
• Good reporting, communication, and organizational skills.

Salary / Benefits

• Lagos Island: ₦200,000 | Lagos Mainland: ₦150,000 | Ibadan: ₦150,000 / month
