Motion Designer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative, innovative, and experienced MotionDesigner to join our growing crypto company.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging animations, motion graphics, promotional videos, explainer content, and digital assets that strengthen our brand presence and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms.
• The successful candidate must have strong visual storytelling abilities, a deep understanding of digital content trends, and the ability to transform complex crypto and blockchain concepts into compelling visual experiences. This role requires someone who is creative, detail-oriented, fast-paced, and passionate about creating impactful content within the crypto and Web3 space.

Key Responsibilities
Motion Graphics & Animation:

• Design and produce high-quality motion graphics and animations for:

  • Social media campaigns
  • Brand promotions
  • Product launches
  • Explainer videos
  • Advertisements
  • Website and digital platforms
  • Community engagement campaigns
  • Event and promotional content

Video Production & Editing:

• Edit and enhance video content for marketing, branding, and educational purposes.
• Create engaging short-form and long-form video content tailored for platforms such as X (Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Telegram.
• Add visual effects, transitions, sound synchronization, subtitles, and animation elements to video productions.

Brand & Creative Development:

• Maintain consistency in visual identity, branding, and messaging across all animated and video content.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, social media, and product teams to execute creative campaigns.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts for campaigns, promotions, and storytelling initiatives.

Crypto & Industry Content Visualization:

• Translate complex cryptocurrency, blockchain, Web3, and fintech concepts into visually engaging and easy-to-understand motion content.
• Stay updated on industry trends, digital media innovations, and evolving social media content styles.

Social Media & Marketing Support:

• Create attention-grabbing motion assets optimized for engagement and conversions.
• Develop animated social media posts, reels, GIFs, teaser videos, and promotional clips.
• Support paid advertising campaigns with visually optimized creative materials.

Quality Control & File Management:

• Ensure all video and motion graphics content meets quality, branding, and technical standards.
• Organize and manage project files, templates, media assets, and production resources efficiently.
• Deliver projects within deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in motion graphics, animation, video editing, or multimedia design.
• Previous experience in a crypto, fintech, tech, gaming, or digital media company is an added advantage.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animations, and video editing projects.
• Proficiency in:
  • Adobe After Effects
  • Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Cinema 4D, Blender, or similar 3D tools (optional but advantageous)
• Strong understanding of animation principles, transitions, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Experience creating content optimized for multiple digital and social media platforms.

• Good understanding of branding and marketing communication.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts visually.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 ecosystems.
• Experience creating viral or high-engagement social media content.
• Knowledge of sound design and audio synchronization.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools and workflows.
