Graphic Design Responsibilities:
- Develop visual content for social media and other approved communication platforms.
Social Media Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts.
- Monitor social media trends and recommend strategies to improve engagement and reach.
- Maintain brand consistency across all contents and digital platform.
- Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Promote company products, services, events, and announcements online.
- Provide technical support for company events and corporate programmes.
IT Responsibilities:
- Carry out Installation of hardware and troubleshoot computer issues.
- Maintain hardware components through repair or replacement.
- Daily backup of all database files and documents.
- Updating of malware protection devices to prevent viruses or computer hacking.
- Monitor clicks, links, usability and overall status of the company webpage, landing pages and supporting pages
Academic Qualification and Skills
- HND or BSc Degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in the same or related capacity.
- Attention to details and good record management
- Proficiency in the use of Corel Draw and Photoshop.
- Proficiency in the use of wordpress and elemento.
- Proficiency in content creation and editing tools.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, analytics tools and content performance metrics.
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintenance of hardware.
- Familiar with LAN network, routers, switches and servers.
- Any IT Certifications (CCNA, MCSE. e.t.c) will be an added advantage.
- Candidate willing to relocate to Awe, Oyo will be preferred.
