Job Summary

• The Content Associate is responsible for helping Tulips & Lilies consistently create and publish high-quality, engaging content across all social media and digital platforms.
• You will work closely with the Content Lead to turn ideas into content that gets attention, builds trust, grows our community and ultimately contributes to sales.
• This role is for someone who is creative, proactive, internet-savvy, organised and comfortable being hands-on.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Create engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, reels, stories, product videos and behind-the-scenes content.
• Create content around our products, customers, team, processes, events and brand story.
• Assist with photography and videography during content shoots.
• Repurpose existing content into different formats and platforms.

Content Ideas & Execution:

• Regularly generate fresh content ideas based on trends, customer behaviour and brand objectives.
• Research trending sounds, formats, hooks and content styles.
• Turn approved ideas into actual content.
• Participate actively in content brainstorming and planning sessions.
• Help ensure that content is produced according to the agreed content calendar.

Founder-Led Content:

• Assist in developing content featuring the Founder/MD.
• Help capture the Founder’s thoughts, opinions, experiences, lessons and business journey.
• Assist with filming founder-led reels, talking-head videos, behind-the-scenes content and educational content.
• Help make the Founder relatable, credible and trustworthy to the audience.

Community Engagement:

• Monitor comments, DMs and audience conversations.
• Respond to relevant comments and interactions in line with the brand voice.
• Identify questions, complaints, desires and recurring conversations from customers that can become content.
• Help build an active and engaged online community.

Content Performance:

• Monitor how published content performs.
• Track views, reach, engagement, shares, saves, profile visits, enquiries and other relevant metrics.
• Identify content that performs well and help replicate successful formats.
• Report content performance to the Content Lead.

Content Production Support:

• Assist with planning and executing content shoots.
• Prepare products, props, locations and equipment required for shoots.
• Coordinate with team members involved in shoots.
• Ensure content assets are properly organised and stored.

• Understands Instagram and TikTok culture.
• Can shoot and edit short-form videos.
• Has strong creative instincts.
• Understands hooks, storytelling and visual communication.
• Is comfortable using tools such as CapCut, Canva or similar platforms.
• Is curious about marketing and consumer psychology.
• Is highly organised and reliable.
• Has a strong desire to learn and grow.
