About the Role
- We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Surulere.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building customer relationships, and growing our brand presence within Lagos.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue: Meet and exceed monthly sales targets for products/services
- Customer Acquisition: Prospect new customers through walk-ins, calls, field visits, and referrals within Surulere and surrounding areas
- Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide excellent after-sales support
- Product Knowledg*: Understand product features, benefits, and pricing to present effectively to customers
- Reporting: Track daily activities, sales pipeline, and submit weekly sales reports
- Market Feedback: Gather insights on customer needs, competitor activity, and market trends
Requirements
- Education: OND / HND / B.Sc Degree in any field
- Experience: 1-2 years sales experience preferred, but fresh graduates with strong drive will be considered
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, confident, persuasive, and customer-focused
- Traits: Self-motivated, target-driven, presentable, and able to work with minimal supervision
- Other: Must reside in or around Surulere.
- Ability to do field work and meet people daily.
- Basic smartphone + internet knowledge
Salary
N150,000 per month + Commission + Incentives.
