Job Summary

Our client is seeking a smart, presentable, friendly, and customer-focused Waitress to join its team.
The ideal candidate must be confident engaging customers, communicate politely and professionally, and be comfortable using social media platforms to interact with customers and promote the business.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customers' orders accurately and ensure timely service.
Engage customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales and customer transactions.
Assist with social media engagement and respond appropriately to customer enquiries.
Promote the restaurant's products, meals, and services to customers.
Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the service area.
Work closely with the kitchen, cashier, and management team to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements & Skills

Minimum of an SSCE.
Previous experience as aWaitress, or similar positionis required.
Must be smart, neat, presentable, and customer-friendly.
Excellent spoken English with a polite and respectful manner.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to engage customers confidently and professionally.
Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.
Ability to maintain simple sales and customer records.
Honest, responsible, attentive, and hardworking.
Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment.

Remuneration

Salary: N50,000 – N60,000 monthly.
Accommodation: Provided.
