Treasury Sales Officers

Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and institutional clients. Understand clients’ business needs and financial risks. Provide advisory support on treasury and foreign exchange solutions. Treasury Product Sales Promote and sell treasury products such as: Foreign exchange (FX) Money market instruments Fixed income products Treasury bills and bonds Derivatives and hedging solutions Liquidity management products Market Analysis & Advisory Monitor financial markets, interest rates, and currency movements. Provide market insights and recommendations to clients. Identify opportunities for clients to optimize cash flow and manage risk. Revenue Generation Achieve sales and profitability targets. Increase treasury product penetration among existing clients. Source new business opportunities. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory and internal policies. Maintain proper documentation and reporting standards. Support anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC compliance processes. Collaboration Work closely with relationship managers, traders, and product teams. Coordinate transaction execution with treasury dealing rooms. Required Skills & Qualifications Education Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications can be an advantage: Chartered Financial Analyst Institute (CFA) Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) Financial Risk Manager (FRM) Skills Strong sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of financial markets and treasury products Relationship management abilities Analytical and numerical skills Communication and presentation skills Attention to detail and compliance awareness Experience 2–5 years in treasury sales, corporate banking, or financial markets (varies by employer).
