- The Sales Officer will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's healthcare products, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth within the assigned territory.
- The role will involve identifying new business opportunities, maintaining existing client accounts, and ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell healthcare products to hospitals, pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare institutions.
- Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance objectives.
- Prepare and submit periodic sales reports and market intelligence updates.
- Ensure timely follow-up on customer inquiries, orders, and payments.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and product availability.
Requirements
- OND, HND, B.Sc. in a relevant field.
- 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably within the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical products industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
