About the role
- Our client is seeking an experienced Corporate Finance Specialist to support strategic financial planning, investment analysis, fundraising initiatives, and corporate finance activities.
- The successful candidate will provide financial insights that support business growth and long-term value creation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis and develop financial models.
- Support fundraising, investment, and corporate finance transactions.
- Prepare business valuations, feasibility studies, and investment reports.
- Monitor financial performance and recommend strategic improvements.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory standards.
- Present financial insights to management and key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in corporate finance, investment, or financial advisory.
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
