Business Development Partner (Commission-based)

About Us: Inkmedia Creatives is a publishing agency helping authors, coaches, and businesses publish professional books in 60 days. We’re rebuilding our team with hungry, results-driven partners Role: We need a Client Magnet - someone who can bring us publishing clients consistently. No cold-calling scripts. You sell while we deliver. Key Responsibilities:
- Source and close publishing clients: authors, pastors, coaches, businesses.
- Book consultation calls and present Inkmedia services.
- Meet monthly client acquisition targets.
- Represent Inkmedia professionally online and offline.
- 20-30% Commission per closed deal - You get paid within 48hrs of client payment.
- Portfolio building with a growing agency.
- Sales materials, pitch deck, and leads support.
- No salary cap. The more you close, the more you earn.
- You have sales, marketing, or network experience.
- You know people who write books or need to publish.
- You’re self-motivated and results-driven.
- Bonus: Experience in publishing, church media, or coaching space.
