- The Health, Safety & Sustainability Specialist will provide technical leadership on Occupational Health & Safety (ORS), Community Health & Safety (CHS), sustainability planning, environmental monitoring, and implementation of Environmental and Social
- Management Plans.
Responsibilities
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
- Develop ESMPs.
- Prepare monitoring indicators.
- Assess occupational health and community safety risks.
- Develop emergency response procedures.
- conduct HSE audits.
- Monitor environmental compliance.
- Support sustainability reporting.
- Advise clients on ESG implementation.
Qualifications
- Degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or related field.
- NEBOSH, IOSH, ISPON, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years experience.
- Knowledge of IFC EHS Guidelines.
