Pattern Drafter / Pattern Development Specialist

Responsibilities
- Draft patterns for women's wear including dresses, tops, skirts, trousers, jackets and corsetry.
- Translate sketches and approved samples into accurate patterns.
- Conduct fittings and identify/correct fit and construction issues.
- Grade patterns accurately across sizes.
- Understand how different fabrics affect fit, construction and pattern development.
- Work closely with Production, QC and Tailors to resolve technical issues.
- Maintain an organised pattern library and ensure patterns are properly labelled for production.
Requirements
- 3-5 years' experience in pattern drafting/pattern development.
- Strong women's wear and RTW experience.
- Excellent manual pattern-drafting skills.
- Strong understanding of fit, garment construction and fabric behaviour.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 per month.
